Τελική τιμή €630 Στας Παράσχος   Ζωγράφος Stass was born in Anaphotia, Cyprus, and is one of the island’s most wellknown artists. He is the only artist born in Cyprus to have work in Britain’s prestigious Tate Gallery, as well as many other international collections. Stass studied in England, at Leeds College of Art, and went on to teach at Leeds and Leicester Polytechnics, before becoming a Lecturer in Fine Art at Canterbury College of Art. When Canterbury College of Art became Kent Institute of Art and Design, he was appointed a Senior Lecturer in Fine Art and then Head of Painting, before returning to Cyprus to run the Cyprus College of Art on a full-time basis. He is the subject of a book by the distinguished art historian Norbert Lynton, published by the Orage Press. (YouTube film by kind permission of King Adz)
