Nicholas R.S. Morgan is a contemporary Cypriot Artist of Welsh Origin. He was born in Cardiff S. Wales in 1946 and is owner and manager of Ronina Gallery Limassol. During his career he qualified as a design draughtsman and went on to graduate with honors. He has spent many years traveling in the Middle East and during all this time continued with his lifetime love of painting. In 1985 he finally settled permanently in Cyprus in order to pursue fulltime in the art business. He works mainly in oils and have a stable and growing clientele in the Middle East and Europe. He is a member of the Friends of the Federation of British Artists& the Contemporary Art society of Wales.
“The fruit of a Sunshine Island” (Oil, Ceramic and Cypriot Walnut) “I wanted to combine two passions of mine, oil painting and carpentry, with an emphasis for the latter on wood finishing. I put these into practice to represent a freshly cut fruit on a shining island of Cypriot walnut wood.”
